They did not have breakfast for everyone. That was bad and they should give us a coupon for breakfast in another place

The staff was awesome the people were very friendly and they very much took care of me tell me where everything was happened what to do and how to do it I appreciate all that

The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very little. My check in process was awful, very poor customer service and communication. I was able to book 3 hotel rooms while being under 21 and no where on the website or the booking did it say you had to be 21 or older. The woman at the front desk would not let me have access to all rooms in my name, even though she has my ID, I am 20 years old and there were no rules anywhere stating that. She then made every woman on my team scan their personal ID to make sure they were over 18, even though I told her we are a college team, and we also have members who are over 21 on the team who were there at the same time. She was very stand off-ish and hard to talk to. I was here traveling for a college volleyball tournament that we travel to every year and we decided to stay somewhere new. The faculties were nice, like the bed or the shower, and the room was very clean. But even some towels had stains on them in the room.
