I stayed at Elite24 for 14 days and had a very good experience. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was consistent.
The shower area in my original room was extremely small and, as a Western-sized woman, I simply couldn't comfortably fit. The staff kindly upgraded me at no charge, and the new room had an excellent view of the Dragon Bridge.
A few negatives: the room lighting is quite dark, there was no knife, cutting board or iron, and the bathroom spaces generally seem like an afterthought in the room design.

Staff were great! The room was big, clean and comfortable; nice coffee shops nearby and close to the river, the shower was a bit tight, but it worked. Would recommend.

The location is great, close to most of the areas you want to hit up including markets and restaurants
Room is large and spacious
They come to clean everyday and restock water for you.
Booked for a full kitchen but they don’t give you microwave or knives to cook with.
Whoever the contractor is should be shot. Shelves coming loose from wall, wallpaper coming off wall. Bathroom shower door handle installed backwards
Shower has a large pillar so it’s a weird shape and makes it tiny and hard to move in. I’m a small Asian woman to give reference and I found it small
Hot water runs out fast
Construction on both sides of building so loud noises all day long. They are ripping the roads out.
