Great location, good size and very comfortable

Parking was a bit of an issue, bit noisy at night and the door key was tricky

Location is great just across the park, walking distance to most places in CBD, Salamanca square, etc. The apartment size is quite good for a couple.

Our arrival was a complete disaster: after booking we were made aware that the check-in window on Sundays is only 2 hours (!!!), and our flight arrived just after 5pm. I contacted the host straight away and they confirmed it would not be an issue, that I would be able to send a text before arriving to have someone meet me there on arrival (there is a lock box outside the building but for some reason they don't use it 🙄 I waited more than half an hour for someone to meet me there upon arrival, and the guy did not have the keys to access the building and was perfectly useless. Another 30' until someone leaves the building and finally I can access the unit (keypad on door so I can go in straight away and get the keys inside). However, despite my repeated requests (way ahead of our stay), we only had one fob to open the building after hours and with different work and social schedule, it made it unnecessarily hard. Since last year, the price has gone up more than 700$ for the same week, and the quality of service has dropped considerably. From what I gathered, the management of that specific unit has changed since last year (hence the explosion of the price) and the building management does not want to have anything to do with them, and unfortunytely are doing their best to make the occupants' life as difficult as possible. E.g. they refused my access to the building when I arrived claiming they had no info about my booking, they refused to give us a second fob to access the building after hours, etc. And to top it all, despite paying so much for just one week and charging a dedicated 135$ fees for cleaning, the hosts have the nerves to ask you to empty and take the bins down, and clean all your dishes before you leave. Oh, and they did not clean/service the apartment once throughout the week... STAY AWAY!
