The kitchen had a good selection of cookware & dishes which made making meals very easy. The rooms were all very clean and the location was perfect for visiting the beach and the aquarium. I also enjoyed the view and the balcony.
There is no sink in the toilet room. The closest sink is downstairs in the kitchen. The shutters on the windows were hard for me to figure out. The front door looked brand new and the key was difficult to use.

Voorziening van handdoeken, wc papier, kruiden, koffie,… waarvoor dank!
Koffiemachine en waterkoker aanwezig.
Tip: Vuilbakje in badkamer.

De plaats en terras. Alles Zéér vlot verlopen, het inchecken en uit checken verliep zeer goed zelf zonder iemand te zien!! 👍🏼
De wandeling naar boven als je van het strand komt. Is niet ver maar wel hoog. Voor de rest geen enkel probleem

L'appartement est vaste et très calme, idéalement placé face à Nausicaa et à la plage de Boulogne-sur-Mer. Nous sommes venus en train, environ 30 min de marche depuis la gare.
L'appartement reste frais et était très propre (sauf la terrasse)
La conciergerie a été assez peu réactive sur les messages avant l'horaire officiel du check-in et s'est montré assez peu flexible sur les horaires d'entrée et de sortie.
Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le four de l'appartement, et nous n'avons pas reçu d'aide à ce sujet.
Enfin, il est dommage de vendre une terrasse immaculée sur les photos de l'annonce, pour découvrir une terrasse maculée de fientes de mouettes, sans rien pour nettoyer excepté l'éponge de la cuisine (ce à quoi nous avons finalement renoncé).
Enfin, le matelas de la chambre côté jardin est assez mou, mais n s'habitue vite.
