I had arrived in town a bit earlier than planned and asked if I could drop my bags off at the property earlier. They were happy to help and said this would be no problem, as long as I left the keys so the cleaners could come.
Incredibly spacious and a very well-equipped kitchen. I was able to walk to the central market to buy local produce and cook dinner, which saved money and made a difference from eating out. Comfy beds and sofa, would be perfect for a group or a couple who want a larger space to sleep.
A television with netflix was also a good addition, though it didn't get much use because the central old town location meant most evenings were spent out at a bar. It also has a washing machine which didn't get used but is a good touch.
No problems at all, except for maybe the toilet seat could be replaced as it was a bit loose.

Very kind and helpful host, fast communication. Location brilliant- real heart of Riga. Instructions about keys clear. Apartment very spacy. Can find there all you need to start your day- cafe, sugar, salt. All modern kitchen equipment except microwave oven. It is 3rd. level apartment without elevator and person with disability should be ready to some challenges.
In my opinion there should be warning sign before entrance in apartment- very high step dawn straight after door. Be careful

Das Appartement ist großzügig und gemütlich. Es liegt zentral es ist sauber wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten.
Bringen Sie Gehörschutz mit, man hört sehr viel Nebengeräusche des Nachbarn. Der Wasserstrahl von der Dusche ist etwas schwach.
