Fantastic location, exactly as described

Loved the location - easy walk to the Southbank and river. The view was great, and given the location it was surprisingly quiet. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was everything we needed regarding the facilities.
A few minor inconveniences that did not impact our overall stay but did not fit with 'luxury' apartment statement. Towels were wet but clean (had to be hung around apartment to dry), food left in fridge and some minor cleaning issues. The host was very responsive and quick to address any concerns. We would have loved to check out the pool but ran out of time.

The location, balcony facing the city. 2 min walk to crown. Great size apartment. Communication was great and they were quick to reply. Parking included was such a bonus.

Close proximity to AO and great coffee spots
Getting in and out of parking, with stop lights half way up and not knowing what to do.
Great facilities - eg coffee machine, but no pods to use it.
