אנשי הצוות מדהימים! קבלת פנים חמה מאוד! דואגים לכל מה שצריך ממש אין דברים כאלו!
הגעתי לחדר ואין ממש חלון זה קצת באסה וגם רשום בבוקינג שיש מרפסת ואין להם מרפסות אז לא ברור למה. חוץ מזה החדרים משופצים וסכ״ה נקי ונעים, עם זאת כשהגעתי לחדר היו ג׳וקים קטנים בחדר ושמתי לה לזה אחרי שישנתי שעתיים שנ״צ, אז כשדברתי איתם הם היו הכי חמודים שיש והחליפו חדר מיד בלי בעיה גם בקשתי שינקו יותר טוב את השרותים, הם מיד ניקו, הם מאוד שרותיים שזה משנה מאוד את החוייה ממש ממש לטובה! סכ״ה ממליצה:)

Brilliant beds… probably the best beds in India I’ve slept on.
The staff were polite and helpful and adjusting.
2 staff at reception very polite. and a chap called Vikas - he was very helpful and polite and every resourceful.
I liked everything. It was brilliant. I wanted to extend but other work related matters had to be attended to.

The room location was nice and the staff made arrangements to accommodate early check in and late check out request.
The staff were not very welcoming. They were reluctant in providing the usual quota of water bottles. They in fact charged for 1 bottle of water which we asked for on last day.. when asked for extension of check out, they charged us exhoberent fees. Also, though we stayed for 3 days not one person came across to clean the room or replace the towels.
