Good for short stays

Really clean property and was easy to get around paris due to the bus stop outside. The cleaner was lovely and the owner was very easy to communicate with!!

Unfortunately there was no wifi or fan to help us through the heat wave. The place is definitely meant for a 2 person stay due to the sofa bed being too small for 2 adults and on top was broken so the mattress would dip in the middle. If you are taller than 6 foot the toilet is quite small so it maybe be uncomfortable for you.

Good but NO Wifi

Close to bus stop and tram. There is a nearby store to buy essentials. The property looks newly refurbished.

The house keys are not readily available upon our arrival. NO WIFI. The boiler may run out of hot water. I guess it has timer. The property owner hardly respond to urgent concerns.

Great, but pretty loud.

It’s a very cute apartment and the property manager/owner is very sweet. It was clean, amenities were great. Worked very well for our family.

It’s so loud! You hear people in the street at 2, or 3am just loudly talking, laughing or even singing. It’s very hard to sleep with the noise. Once at 4am I bolted up because someone was singing loudly. If you have a baby, I recommend something that muffles sounds. The parking situation is pretty tough too. There’s no parking designated and street parking is hard to find and very very expensive.

L’emplacement (arrêt Tram à 100 m) L’agencement, la propreté et les prestations de l’appartement. Le côté cosy, on se sent de suite chez soi.
