Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen und verfügt über Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Wie waren in der kühlen Nebensaison und da ist besonders hervorzuheben, dass die Unterkunft über eine Zentralheizung verfügt. Auch das Warmwasser wird über die Zentralheizung aufbereitet - man muss sich also nicht als Familie mit einem 80 Liter Boiler herumquälen, sondern hat endlos warmes Wasser - das ist in dieser Region durchaus nicht selbstverständlich. Der Check-In war kontaktlos und unkompliziert.

Sehr freundlicher Vermittler, der uns zweimal sehr schnell geholfen hat.
Die Wohnung ist modern, gross, man konnte auch selbst Essen zubereiten. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage für die heißen Tage.
Es wurden durchgehend Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt ( teilweise auch mit Bohren verbunden)
Vor meinem Schlafzimmerfenster stand ein Gerüst. Ich denke, solche Arbeiten kann man auf die Zeit verlegen, in der keine Gäste gebucht sind.
Es fehlt meiner Meinung nach an einigen elementaren Dingen, wie Nachttischlampen und Haken im Bad.
Das Sofa im Wohnbereich war für abends die einzige Sitzmöglichkeit , z.B.ein Sessel wäre schön gewesen.

The apartment was big and comfortable, there were enough bed sheets, pillows and blankets available as well as soap, dish soap, a hair drier and a small espresso maker. Also the radiator worked really well
Unfortunately no wifi but it already says this in the information about the apartment. Also while we were there, they did some work on the parking spots and the garden, which was very loud but thankfully only during the day at reasonable hours. The door and walls don’t seem soundproof because you can here everything from the hallway as well as the neighbors talking, that was a bit annoying but overall fine
