Apartamento completamente remodelado, com todo o conforto e utensilios necessários para uma boa estadia. Optima localização com acesso a pé ao passeio maritimo (Promenade), onde se encontram muitos restaurantes, supermercados e serviços. Apesar do apartamento não ter estacionamento, existe uma bolsa de estacionamento privada (paga / negociável) a cerca de 200m de distancia o que apresenta uma optima solução para os meses de maior movimento. Boa opção para fazer passeios de barco ou visitar Ksamil.
O apartamento fica localizado no terceiro andar, o que poder ser uma dificuldade para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade. O WC permite a entrada de alguma luz no quarto principal, o que pode ser um incomodo para quem gosta de acordar mais tarde. Necessário pagar em dinheiro.

1. The location was excellent — very close to the boulevard and the beach. The supermarket was right across the street, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.
2. the appartment was very modern, clean, having two bathrooms including toilets.
3. The owner was extremely friendly and lives right next to the apartment. Whenever we needed something, she helped immediately.
For example, when we mentioned that we were not satisfied with the internet, she contacted the provider right away and even replaced the modem.
Everything was simply perfect.
The window of one of the bathrooms could not be open properly. We should ask the lady (owner) to fix it.

The accommodation was perfect, as I stayed here with a friend. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and modern. The beds and sofa were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.
The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the beach.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is a great bonus during the summer.
The host was very friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had about the accommodation or the surrounding area.
