We stayed at Guesthouse Annanaliese and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner services at Hotel Bischofsmütze in Filzmoos. We were truly impressed by the extraordinary kindness of the entire hotel team: they were exceptional, caring, and always smiling, taking great care of us every day with a lot of attention.
The dinners were wonderful: always different, creative, and with great appreciation for the daily main course options featuring meat, fish, and vegetarian choices, plus a dedicated children's menu at the buffet, which was truly appreciated! The desserts were simply the best, always different and delicious every single day!
The only thing I would suggest changing is the breakfast, which over the course of several days felt a bit repetitive and could benefit from a bit more creative touch. Despite this small suggestion, the service was great and we truly felt welcome. Highly recommended!

Krásná lokalita, malebná malá vesnička, kde ale bylo vše, co jsme potřebovali. Stravování v blízkém hotelu bylo vynikající. Snídaně sice stále stejná, ale velmi dobrý výběr. Večeře vynikající -salátový bufet + hlavní jídlo výběr ze 3 možností.
Každodenní úklid.
Veškerý personál velmi milý a ochotný.
Letní karta se spoustou výhod v ceně.
Menší apartmán.
Na nás měkčí postel a polštáře, ale to je individuální.
Poměrně vysoký poplatek za psa (30EUR/noc).

Vi fixade egen frukost. Läget var jättebra.
Köket var uselt utrustat med få saker av allt (vi hade 1 tesked, fick äta frukostägget i omgångar) Det fattades också saker till basic matlagning, liter/deciliter/matskeds mått, potatisskalare tex. Ugn! Kanske vårat eget fel att vi inte läste på ordentligt.
