Проблемы с заселением и некорректное бронирование

Несмотря на корректное бронирование на 1 взрослого и 1 ребёнка (имеются подтверждающие фотографии процесса бронирования), на месте хозяйка утверждала, что бронирование оформлено только на одного человека. Вероятно, имел место сбой со стороны сервиса бронирования. Заселение заняло несколько часов: ожидание на морозе с ребёнком, неподготовленное жильё и полностью неработающий онлайн-чекин, который постоянно выдавал ошибки при корректном заполнении данных. Самое неприятное — через месяц после проживания пришёл запрос на доплату за «нарушение правил», несмотря на то, что ситуация уже обсуждалась с поддержкой Booking и были предоставлены все подтверждающие доказательства. Очень неприятный опыт и полное отсутствие клиентоориентированности.
