Food was very good. Overall ambience of the property was good. Room was spacious and was kept very well organized and clean. Bathrooms were great. Staff were very courteous. The indoor games room along with the gym was good. Swimming pool is big, although we couldn't use it due to lack of time. The location of the property is very serene.
The property is more like a good 3-start hotel and doesn't give the feeling of a resort. Yet it is a great hotel.

Without a request, they upgraded my room because there were vacant rooms. So it was really nice of the staff.
Spacious room, overall the place is very clean.
Lots of the items of the menu were not available. But the alternates were alright too for a short stay.

It was close to airport
The rooms were not well maintained. Our colleagues had difficulties, no hot water, no food from menu available after 9 am, only fried rice or noodles. Breakfast was terrible.
Especially black coffee, 😅🤮
