Pokój z łazienką będący częścią większego mieszkania nie można nazywać apartamentem na wyłączność.
Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo ładna i duża łazienka z prysznicem.
Wygodne i duże łózko.
Bardzo miła Pani zarządzająca pokojem.
Wyposażenie raczej przypadkowe i mało praktyczne. Pokój położony na parterze z tyłu budynku był wprawdzie duży, ale relatywnie ciemny - zwłaszcza jesienią. Umieszczenie w nim dwóch dużych łózek spowodowało, że nie było w nim miejsca. Nie wyobrażam sobie mieszkania w nim czterech osób czyli maksymalnego obłożenia! Zdjęcia nie oddają ciasnoty tego pokoju, chociaż pokazują dwa łózka.
W obiekcie nie było oferty wyżywienia, a wynajmując apartament spodziewałam się podstawowego wyposażenia umożliwiającego przygotowanie śniadania (poza czajnikiem, butelką wody i dwoma szklankami nie było innych sprzętów.) Pani zarządzająca (miła osoba) zaoferowała wprawdzie możliwość skorzystania w jej mieszkaniu z kuchni, ale nie było to komfortowe rozwiązanie.
Nie było wanny z hydromasażem chociaż taka informacja znajdowała się w opisie. Lodówka na korytarzu do wspólnego użytkowania z innymi wynajmującymi pokoje. Prywatny basen to po prostu ogólnie dostępny basen na zewnątrz, oczywiście o tej porze roku nieczynny.
W trakcie naszego pobytu prowadzone były prace modernizacyjne a zbędne/niesprawne urządzenia zagracały hol i stały przed budynkiem co robiło bardzo złe wrażenie.
Mimo starań Pani opiekującej się pokojem sam pokój był rozczarowaniem zwłaszcza w zderzeniu z opisem jako apartament na wyłączność z jedną sypialnią i łazienką.
