Awesome spot for our group of 11 for the races. Plenty of beds but also great areas for all of us to comvene together.

Very clean and spacious especially for an older home. There were some minor inconveniences, like not being able to use the grills, older furniture, no towel hooks in the bathrooms and the inability to use some of the televisions. Loved having all of the refrigerators and the game room was an awesome. The views are amazing. The patios were nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

A/C was set to 80 when we arrived, and with a 4pm check in, the amount of time to cool the house before going to bed was totally insufficient. There was a swamp cooler in the living room that HAD to be used to supplement the A/C because many rooms simply did not have vents. Otherwise the house is beautiful and the location is very convenient. Great games like pool and shuffleboard. For 1500 per night I think it is fair to expect everything to be ready when you arrive.
