Sicuramente la gentilezza dello staff
La struttura non è assolutamente adeguata per ospitare un ostello: le camere e i servizi igienici sono decisamente troppo piccoli e risicati per garantire un soggiorno confortevole.
La colazione in sé sarebbe anche passabile, ma l'esperienza viene completamente rovinata dall'atteggiamento dello staff (probabilmente il titolare). Sentirsi costantemente fissati e controllati a vista per ogni singola cosa che si prende dal buffet trasforma quello che dovrebbe essere un momento di relax in una vera e propria fonte di ansia.
