Very spacious, comfortable, nice looking place with nice harbour view. The host is very kind, polite and friendly. The price is also very reasonable, booked 3 days 2 nights here and time moves soo fast. Will definitely book here in the future.
My family totally love the place, the view and all ♡
The check in time is 4pm, but got delay due to cleaning schedule. Manage to check in at 5pm and was compensated by host to check out at 1pm instead of 12 pm. However, the washing machine is still running with bedsheets when we checked in. There's also bedsheets, blankets hanging at the balcony.
Would've been nicer if it was properly manage ^_^

It was a really poor landing experience. The place was called Trinidad hotels with no warning of it as we were expecting a Somerset branded apartment .I received no instructions to collect my room keys. I managed to speak to Somerset staff and she was very good/helpful though. But overall experience can be much better for a family
a) Check in experience was not smooth
b) Noisy firecrackers all through the night (which we had no warning about)
c) Check in at 4pm is too late
