The staff is friendly. Great motel. Not far from all the big attractions in Gatlinburg.

This is a great self service motel. The rooms are updated and clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast(weekends only)is cooked fresh and is good. However, they don't service your room. You are told at check in that they won't enter your room for anything except maintenance. You have to go to the lobby and ask for everything you need including ice/toilet paper. It did have a microwave and refrigerator. You have to ask for an iron. You aren't asked how many towels you'll need during your stay. You have to bring back the dirty ones and ask for new ones.This can be difficult because the lobby is only staffed late on the weekends.I went to ask for ice at 10:30pm and no one was available. I went to tell them the tv wasn't working around 8a and no one was available.I called the number on the door and had to leave a message. Also, this means that you have to take out the trash if you want it removed.No extra bags are provided. This is more like an Airbnb experience.You'll love it if you want to check in and see no one until you leave. You won't if you want your room serviced daily. The lack of service is a big thing for me. I personally don't go on vacation to work like I'm at home. I would definitely stay again if it was a stopover for the night.

Beautiful hotel. Needs a small dresser and table in the room. And at least 2 lamps and 2 nightstands. Otherthan that it was an awesome place.
