The accomodation here is unlike any backpackers you may have seen or stayed at on your travels. An old but gracious manor that has been refurbed in a style that definitely would be termed "lived in luxury " that "embraces nostalgia" .......its central to Dunedin City , has an outside seated smokers area where there is a bbq available to use and doubles as a great space to share drinks and chillax to music as it is sheltered from the road and has privacy from neighbouring homes.

This place IS A WHEE GEM that you got to check out for yourself...............
Its your home away from home and if youre very lucky , you will be greeted with a wide brimmed smile and taken into very capable and caring hands by the "Brother like no Otha " Master Caleb ". He also maintains the standards and upkeep of that place better than most females i know .
I actually cannot say enough about this place ........warm , charming, cosy and even the bunk beds are heaven . OMG THE MATTRESSES ARE BILLOWED CLOUDS OF RESTFUL SANCTUARY and I must acknowledge the owners for the thought and care invested into this place.
