Good location, quiet, and close to Metro and grocery store. Although the apartment is small and cramped the decor is new and modern and on the ground floor (no stairs to climb).. There is only 1 toilet. The AC worked great, which was a good thing because Paris was having a heat wave the whole time we were there. There was one negative issue with the apartment: the door handle/latch for the washer/dryer was broken. We didn’t discover this until we ran a load of clothes and then couldn’t get the door open when the cycle was completed. This was on a Saturday morning. Messages to the agency were not answered promptly, so we had to resort to YouTube to look for a remedy. Fortunately, one of the videos showed a solution that worked and we could rescue our clothes. The agency eventually dispatched a repair man, who didn’t arrive until that evening. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.
