Tucked away in nature, Tiny Perch is a thoughtfully designed 330 sq ft tiny cabin that blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful solo retreat, this tiny home has everything you need to unwind and recharge.

The cabin features a private queen-sized bedroom and a charming loft with a twin bed—perfect for a child or an extra guest.
🍳 Fully Stocked Kitchen
Cook up your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Everything you need for a cozy breakfast or a simple dinner is right at your fingertips.
🚿 Stylish Bathroom
The bathroom is modern and spa-like, featuring a sleek design and an overhead rain shower that’s perfect after a day of exploring.
🔥 Outdoor Relaxation
Enjoy evenings by the outdoor firepit under the stars or grill up something delicious on the outdoor BBQ. It’s the perfect setting for s’mores, stories, and stargazing.

***★ PET POLICY★***
We welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly cabin. We adore cats and we are cat parents ourselves, but cats are not permitted in the cabin - we want to ensure that guests who have cat allergies can continue to enjoy it.
Non refundable $65 fee PER PET up to TWO dogs. We welcome dogs of any size but must be potty-trained and crate-trained. Pets must be approved in advance. Your pet fee is due 48 hours before check in. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
If the cabin is damaged by your dog, which would include excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after your dog and ensuring that they do not damage the furnitures.
Other things to note:
*For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera.*

We loved and enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for: a cozy, tiny, safe, peaceful and comfortable cabin. The communication with the hosts was very clear and easy. It’s easy to access to the cabin. It’s well equipped with the essentials. Exactly as pictured :)
