Enjoy staying in the heart of the Marais with this lovely studio apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 25m² studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue des Rosiers in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Living room: Queen size sofa bed(160x200 cm) and Queen size bed(160x200 cm). The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, over combined with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Need a cot or high chair? We can arrange it for your arrival — just let us know after booking:
- Baby cot — €50 for the stay
- High chair — €50 for the stay

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 4th arrondissement is the historic heart of the Marais, one of Paris’s most iconic and beloved neighbourhoods. Cobbled streets lined with medieval and Renaissance buildings give way to art galleries, Jewish delis, vintage boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The neighbourhood is home to Place des Vosges — Paris’s oldest planned square — as well as the Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Centre Pompidou. Everything is walkable, and the atmosphere is buzzing throughout the week and into the weekend.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

This place was very cute and charming and in such a wonderful area of Le Marais, we were right on a street with plenty of restaurants and cafes downstairs. There’s also a bike parking area just around the block.
The place is very small, as expected, we loved how they created an upper deck with a couch, while the bed pulled out on the lower level from underneath the deck. Very creative and it made for a nice sitting area where we could people watch down below.
The week we went to Paris was very hot, and there was only what seemed like a really old fan in the flat, even on full blast it hardly blew any air. Luckily the two large windows could be left open and that helped with the heat at night.
The shower and bathroom are nice and updated. The washing machine was a life saver as this was the 3rd country we visited on our trip and helped us catch up on clean clothes to wear. And it doesn’t take as long as we thought it would for being so small it was very efficient, just make sure to read the directions! There’s also a drying rack in the closet, with the outside heat everything dries super quick.
The management was super communicative with us the whole time and anytime I had a question they responded within minutes, which we really appreciated.
Overall we had a wonderful stay, and we’re going to miss this little gem. The only thing I would suggest them updating is the fan for any other heat waves. Hopefully we can come back one day in the future and revisit.

We loved the location and the place has a nice layout. It has good value for the location but it could be better. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clean. There’s black mold in the shower, water pressure is very poor, water wasn’t warm enough, a light is broken in the hallway and makes the stairs dangerous at night, the cutlery is missing from the kitchen, and the pull out bed is completely sunken in and not comfortable at all. The neighbours were quiet and that was nice. The street below was pretty noisy on Saturday night but we expected that so that’s ok. Thank you for having us.
