Monica is the most friendly host ever - if you are looking for perfect spot (away from tourists) to visit Polignano, Alberobello, Matera & nearby beaches - this is it!
We’ve received great care - fresh fruits from the garden, eggs from Monica’s chickens and help with getting the reservation in local restaurant.
The rooms are spacious, very well renovated, clean, fully functional (kitchenette, tv, fridge).
Finally - good quality matress made my sleep like a baby.

Una soluzione del tutto inaspettata e inaspettatamente perfetta!
Le camere sono dotate di cucina completamente attrezzate in tutto, il che permette in autonomia di poterti gestire tra colazione pranzo o una cena sotto al patio circondati dal verde.
Agrumeto fantastico e location estremamente pulita e carica di una quotidianità tipicamente pugliese, che contribuisce a inserirti nell’immediato, all’interno di quello che definiamo tutti “il tempo lento”.
La padrona della struttura è gentilissima e sempre disponibile, oltre che ben presente e attenta ad ogni eventuale richiesta degli ospiti. Non mancano regali e pensieri carini che spontaneamente decide di condividere con chi alloggia presso la loro struttura.
Posizione OTTIMA, vicina ad alcune delle più belle masserie che volendo si possono visitare per cena e a servizi come caseificio, ristorantini, tabacchi …

The Breakfast was nice, and the outdoor areas were nicely decorated. Room was ok
worst checkin experience. NO one was there, the phone numbers were unresponsive, i requested a nicer room for the inconvenience - despite the place being COMPLETELY empty - they refused. There is nothing in this town, unless you might be going to an event in a nearby Masseria - I wouldnt recommend. Also in puglia fyi you NEED a car - no way around it.
