Great location near the Le Brera neighborhood and restaurants not far from the Duomo. Room is spacious, bathroom is fine. Communication very good with Brera guest house, after initial issues opening gates and doors through links on your phone, once we figured it out it all worked well. We arrived in Milan before check-in and were grateful to have a locker to store our luggage.
Everything is remote. There’s a receptionist on site not connected to the Brera appts which was made clear on arrival. The appts are on the ground floor past the reception desk. We arrived in Milan from USA around 11am and even though we saw our room was cleaned by 12:30 we couldn’t get early check in. Those are the rules in most appt type rentals and thankfully there was a place to store luggage, but we did have to kill a few hours in the neighborhood and got caught in a downpour.
