L’emplacement en plein centre-ville et pourtant calme, bel appartement confortable et bien équipé, entretien journalier en notre absence
Les procédures d’enregistrement sont très longues et compliquées; vu qu’il n’y a pas de réception, tout se fait en ligne hors de Booking.com : Arona Palace vous contacte via WhatsApp et vous devez remplir 8 pages par personne avec des données personnelles pas forcément pertinentes. De quoi se poser des questions sur les GDPR ! Aussi, le paiement de la taxe de séjour doit se faire via la plate-forme du propriétaire, il n’y a pas de paiement sécurisé comme Apple ou Google Pay. Heureusement j’ai pu payer par virement SEPA.
C’est vrai que l’ascenseur hydraulique est très lent, mais pour trois étages ce n’est vraiment pas un problème.

Ideal location in a quiet area of this delightful town. The apartment is clean and modern with quality furnishings. Plenty of restaurant options nearby.
The access details seemed to arrive a little later than expected. I appreciate the need to prevent early access to allow cleaning to be completed but the various messages did not make it clear that the access code would only be given at 3pm on the day of arrival. One previous message mentioned the code would be provided 48 hours before entry and another indicated it would arrive the day before entry.

La posizione della struttura
Il letto molto comodo
Poco attrezzata la cucina specialmente per chi passa una sola notte. Es. Mancano i condimenti, tovaglioli.
Per un ora in più rispetto al check out è stato richiesto un sovrapprezzo (che non abbiamo accettato).
Poca chiarezza sul sito (non tutte le camere della struttura vengono mostrate), la nostra non aveva il divano.
Poca disponibilità di parcheggio nella zona se non a pagamento o per una botta di fortuna.
Infinte il peggio è il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, perché senza di quella non vi danno il codice per entrare, tra l’altro anche un po’ cara…
Mi raccomando il giorno dell’arrivo preparatevi a ricevere mille chiamate (specialmente se avete problemi nel pagamento online della tassa di soggiorno).
