I actually loved it here. Stayed for 6 nights. Super close to a beautiful beach and also 7/11. Many nice restaurants within walking distance. The host was so nice aswell, he helped me with a few things.
The aircon worked really well and had a fridge and kettle. I loved all the greenery and the bird noises.
I’d say you’d need to hire a bike or you’re pretty confined to the area. The bike hire shop down the road offered me 400baht per day but I went for a walk and found a different one on a random back street and they gave me one for 200 ish baht per day!
Was honestly pretty dirty.
The bathroom especially was very gross and had not been cleaned. I felt gross being in there but was only in there for about 15 mins a day and just kept the door shut and shoes on - so it didn’t actually bother me too much, I still loved the place! There was also a leaking pipe in the bathroom that constantly dripped 24/7 and was annoying.

Belle plage pas tres fréquentée a 10 mn. logement confortable, clim ok et une petite terrasse sympa sur jardin.

Location is excellent, 10min walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious, outside balcony area. Area to dry clothes if doing laundry. Fridge in room and communal hot water. Host was responsive to messages.
Needs some renovation, everything is dated.
The cleaning could be to a higher standard. Small adjustments would make this place a lot more pleasant.
