It was a lovely stay at Simon's place. He's a great host and even woke up at 4am to be sure that I got into to my taxi to the airport without issue. This is really a "homestay" in a residential neighbourhood in Prague 12. Perfect for my needs.
Everything is functional and tidy. The decor is a little like time stood still many years ago :) A few upgrades might be nice - particularly some more modern towels :)

Un hôte très sympathique nous attendait pour nous remettre les clés. Appartement confortable, propre avec un jardin au calme, facile d accès car à 5 mn à pied du tramway qui emmène dans le centre de Prague. 3 lignes desservent le centre en 25 mn sans correspondance.
Ensuite Prague se visite plutôt à pied.
Côté supermarchés, il y en à un à environ 15 à 20 mn à pied. Un bus, le 341 permet de s en rapprocher

5 mins walking to tram to the city center. The house is very comfortable and it has everything to live in. The owner is very intelligent and helpful. Everything is extremly clean (bathroom, bedcloth is very new and comfortable as well).
We were in winter time and our apartmented was heated very well.
Everything was perfect.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit in der jeder Hinsicht. Die Unterkunft selber war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die süße Katze, die einen häufiger besuchen kommt. Die Gegend ist 30 Minuten per Straßenbahn von der Innenstadt Prag entfernt und sehr ruhig. Selbst Nachts war die Unterkunft noch gut zu erreichen.
