Perfect location, exactly as advertised, photos are accurate, all amenities working and in good order
Very loud street and metro noise, esp when windows are open to cool the place at night. Some minor cleanliness issues, the bathroom has some mold and the drainage of the sink was slow but working. The carpets are very old and need a replacement

Un appartement cocoon, très chaleureux, fonctionnel, très bien équipé, bien sécurisé, avec un petit balcon, bien situé dans un quartier vivant et commerçant, avec une vue imprenable sur la Tour Eiffel

The hi light was the view of the Eiffel Tower especially at night when it sparkled at 10 pm for 5 minutes .
We thought the apartment was very small and cheaply furnished which was a shame . Without the view we would have been very disappointed .
I don’t think it represented good value at all especially with the €300 clean charge on top as we could have had a luxurious hotel for the same money .
