Nice, modern and somehow spacious apartment.
Apartment was clean at our arrival. It was easy to collect the keys, good instructions were provided. You have two sets of the keys, which is great.
It is very close to a beach. Beds are comfortable. There are two air-conditions, which is practical. Kitchen is well equipped, except only one small fork is present ...
The beach towels are provided, which is a nice addition.
I had to calm down a bit to write a honest review. To wait after check out a week for an invoice, which was requested before the stay and reply was it will be ready on check out is not acceptable, it created a lot of stress as there was a demand at work to provide the invoice to accept travel fees.
There are few drawbacks in apartment itself too:
Every shower finishes with wet floor in bathroom, so you have to wipe it, fortunately a mop is there.
There is only one small fork in otherwise well equipped kitchen.
Missing at least a small rack to dry e.g. towels or swimming suite, you can only use chairs for the purpose.
There is a wide hallway, but both doors, to bedroom and to bathroom opens into the rooms which makes them even smaller and less practical, in the bedroom when you use a wardrobe side to the doors you get hit ....

Perfect location for attending a wedding nearby, with the beach only a few minutes walk and Cascais and Sintra only a short drive away. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay!
Did get a little noisy from the bar / restaurants underneath.

The property was large, clean and well equipped. In a great location for trains to Lisbon and Cascais, the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The proprietor kindly allowed us to check in early which helped a lot.
Unfortunately there were two nights when it was extremely noisy outside. One night a huge amount of bikers showed up revving engines etc. Then Sunday night the bar beneath was crowded and open until around 2am. It was really noisy.
