The USP of this property is it's location. the property is 1.0 km from RTC depot & 1.5 km from Alipiri check point. The property is opposite SV Zoological park. The location is very convenient for piligrims looking for a property away from the hustle & bustle of Tirupati city. the rooms were neat & clean, well maintained.
The property doesn't have a restaurant. Apart from this , there are no cons. However , there are restaurants available at the location which serve decent food.

The room was spacious, perfectly planned and had every facility a good hotel room should have. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.
The water pressure was too high leaving the water spray faucet unusable. The fan, when being used made a slight banging sound that made it unable to fall asleep with while turned on, which was compensated by the AC.

Room were clean, well lit room, comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Staffs were helpful. Location is perfect.
Not stable wifi, keeps disconnecting after 10-15 min from mobile/laptops which was super annoying as I had to work also.
Some amenities lile toilet paper, shower gel was not filled.
