Personalul este amabil. Apreciere deosebita pentru baiatul de la receptie, pe nume Ali, care poate vorbi engleza si ofera toate detaliile legate de petrecerea sejurului.
La pretul cerut, nu se pot formula nemultumiri, Cei cu pretentii mai mari sunt liberi sa aleaga alte hoteluri cu preturi duble, ori triple.

Хорошее расположение в центре Стамбула. Шаговая доступность от любых достопримечательностей.
Помогли с трансфером до аэропорта.
Заселили не в тот номер, который бронировали. Дали ужасный номер с неработающим туалетом и душем без кабинки. Вода вообще не уходила, соответственно постоянно был мокрый пол, по которому невозможно было ходить.
Вид из окна был на мусор и бетонную стену. Завтрак такой, что даже ребенок не насытится.
Остановиться на одну ночь можно, но не более.
Для полноценного отдыха ни в коем случае данный отель не выбирайте.
