Great location - right next to Gongdeok Station which has lots of lines. You can access most parts of the city and attractions in under 30 minutes. Great selection of local food spots nearby. I stayed for 9 nights and I much preferred it to a hotel because of the homely and spacious feel (enough space for any shopping you may want to do in Seoul)! Property was extremely clean, had natural light, and host Judy was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had!
The bathroom is a wet room rather than a separate shower cubicle - I did not mind this personally, and the water pressure / temperature and set up was good.

Gongdeok Station is super convenient for getting around, with great access to both the subway and buses.The room was cozy, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. It was also fully equipped with a washing machine, a refrigerator, and kitchen utensils—which was awesome!
The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small, but that's a common issue in Korea. On the bright side, the room was spotless and smelled wonderful. They can even provide an extra mattress if two people are staying. The host was amazing—super responsive and answered every single question instantly. I had a really wonderful stay!
The location is excellent, right outside Exit 6 of Gongdeok Station. However, it can be a bit confusing for first-time visitors. Although the host provided instructions, I still felt a little lost because the apartment building didn't have a clear sign. It would be highly appreciated if photo guides or clearer directions could be added.

The best apartment for a long-term stay in Seoul. The location is prime, with direct underground access to Gongdeok Station (4 metro lines), making it so easy to get to the airport and major tourist spots. The building amenities are fantastic—there's a gym, convenience stores, and cafes right downstairs.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt like a cozy home. The high-speed Wi-Fi was super fast, which was perfect for my remote work. The bed was comfortable, the AC kept the room icy cold, and the shower had great hot water. Having an in-unit washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!
