Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – leider nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe die Wohnung von Anfang März bis9. August durchgehend bezahlt, war mehrmals über 15 Tage nicht vor Ort und bin sogar einen Tag vor Buchungsende abgereist und habe die bezahlte Nacht faktisch geschenkt.” “Die Kommunikation war sehr enttäuschend. Auf Nachrichten wurde oft spät oder gar nicht reagiert.” “Ein großes Problem war das Internet, das zeitweise etwa eine Woche komplett ausfiel. Trotz Hinweis, dass ich darauf beruflich angewiesen bin, und dem Vorschlag, einen mobilen Hotspot zu nutzen, blieb eine Lösung aus.” “Im Sommer war die Wohnung durch fehlende Fliegengitter kaum nutzbar. Täglich kamen Dutzende Fliegen und Mücken herein. Auch die Lage nahe eines Klärwerks empfanden wir als extrem störend.” “Besonders problematisch war der Umgang bei der Abreise. Es gab bei der Anreise kein Übergabeprotokoll, dennoch erwartete der Vermieter eine Übergabe am Abreisetag, erschien dann aber nicht und erstellte später Videos und Fotos mit behaupteten Schäden.” “Dabei wurden aus meiner Sicht normale Gebrauchsspuren aufgeführt, wie ein bereits zuvor abgefallener Raumteiler oder kleinere Stellen an der Tapete.” “Nach mehr als fünf Monaten als zuverlässiger Gast und pünktlichen Zahlungen hätte ich am Ende eine faire Behandlung erwartet. Stattdessen endete der Aufenthalt mit nicht nachvollziehbaren Schadensvorwürfen und Geldforderungen.” “Ich kann diese Unterkunft und den Umgang des Vermieters leider nicht empfehlen
