Disappointing

Size of the apartment - was huge.

On arrival, we realized they have two separate entities, and are being managed separately by many separate individuals, which created a massive confusion for us late at night, as we arrived late. In our case, it was a security guy whom we were handed over to “deal” with us. We are not comfortable at all. He took us to an apartment where there was no electricity, and we had to wait for him to make some payments before electricity was restored. As if that was not enough, when we checked out the following day (we just couldn’t wait to leave), my girlfriend forgot her sneakers, and we called the same security guy immediately we noticed we forgot something. He confirmed to us that they found it, and we told him how we would want to retrieve the sneakers (through a friend who lives in Nairobi) but up until today, he has stopped responding to us. It was just an overall unpleasant & shameful experience.

I liked that it was quiet and next to the beach
