The home offers easy access to Magic Sands Beach through a public deeded access trail. Great for a morning swim or playing in the surf.
Immediately upon walking in, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the Living Area. Kitchen features granite countertops, gorgeous cabinetry, Large Island, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven!
The Living Area is comfortable, dining available at the Island or the Dining Table. Split Air Conditioning System Available in the Living Room & All Bedrooms have Wall AC units!

We really enjoyed this home and felt we should have stayed longer. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and very well kept. The surroundings landscaping is just breath taking and very well maintained. The patio is very well furnished and makes it a great spot to enjoy the outdoors.
The house was very well equipped with supplies including beach stuff. Truly appreciate the effort that the owners have put into making this house a pleasant vacation home.
The housekeeping and management team was very responsive and prompt to address questions. So much better experience as compared to a hotel hospitality honestly.
I would certainly go back, rent for a longer time for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. It was very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and the beach itself was just a short walk down the road. We will try to stay here again the next time we are in Kona.

The house was amazing! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our family. The kitchen was spacious and had all the cookware and dishes needed. The outdoor living area was perfect for meals and relaxation. The landscaping was beautiful and we even enjoyed some papaya from the tree in the front yard. Location was perfect. Definitely would stay there again!
