BEACH SIDE CARAVAN - haven - Caister on sea

Location Superb beach and all entertainment facilities very close by. Caravan very modern and got all stuff you need plus bunk bed for kids which was great. Restaurant on site amazing. Love that we had tv in our room . Overall enjoyed it but there were few things which must be rectify to give excellent.

My kids being curious went around in the caravan and when they went to bathroom they got into shower and my son socks gone red, so I went to check and straight away smelled very strong bleach that I couldn’t even breath as got me cough badly and in the shower was very thick layer of bleach left and I’m lucky that my kids didn’t touch it with hands and putted in the mouth. Dirt left underneath the beds, dirty cutlery and lots of other people stuff left in the cupboards and rooms. There were as well in advertisement lots of entertainment but no mention of need of buying the passes which was 200£ for us plus whatever on top of passes so I do believe this need to be mention before anyone book they got all informations. Customer service still need work as very hard to get hold of to anybody.

Good location

It’s was overall a good clean place could have been cleaner but that is just my personal perspective (bathroom)

Near to beach and great access to the whole park

Unfortunately to toilet was still dirty when you turned up

Not enough cutlery, dishwasher didn’t work, TV didn’t work until Saturday. No WiFi.
