Great apartment for your stay in Zurich in a nice area close to the lake.

Overall it is a great apartment for family with kids.

The property was in a great location. It’s was sufficient for a family of 4. Large living room with queen sofa bed and sheets. Had 2 fans, iron box, dinning table, separate bed room, bath tub. Dishwasher and Kitchen utensils. Towels were provided. Wish there was shampoo and conditioner along with soap. There was a microwave. Property had a lift. There was a sink drain issue which was addressed quickly.

I had to get the key from a different place it was a short walk but at late night and new place and family waiting outside with luggage was not feeling comfortable. Wish laundry card was kept at the apartment itself.

Clean and location is 2 blocks from the lake

Dont do the mistake I did. They say the apartment has washer and dryer (heater). Technically the apartment does NOT have it inside. The washer and dryer is in the basement and for common use. The issue was., it needs separate access and you have to request key card for that separately. We came after a long journey and with a kid. We assumed that everything is inside the apartment. However., we could not find it. We messaged Demi via booking dot com chat they responded that I can go to their office next day at 8:30am to pickup access cards for washer dryer.

Nice apartment, great location

The wifi didn’t work, which also meant we could not use the tv. We were there for 3 nights and there was no attempt to fix it.

Großzügige Räume, bequeme Betten/Schlafsofa, perfekte Ausstattung mit Kaffeemaschine, Bügeleisen, Fön, Ventilator (leise), Küchengeräte, Herd usw., WLAN, Fahrstuhl. Sauber und ruhig. Super freundliche und informative Korrespondenz im Vorfeld mit Vermieter*in. Parken kurzzeitig vor der Haustür, sonst nahegelegenes Parkhaus (Utoquai). Fußläufig zum See, zum Einkauf und zur Tram.
