A charming, cosy apartment equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Although we didn't travel to Nice for the beach or the sea, we couldn't help noticing how close the apartment is to the seaside. Getting to the city centre is also very easy thanks to the tram.
We particularly appreciated the neighbourhood, which felt very safe, as well as the possibility of parking right in front of the property. A special mention goes to our host, who was extremely kind, helpful and always available.
Overall, a very pleasant experience, and a place I would happily recommend! I will definitely keep this apartment in mind for any future trips to Nice.
If I had to mention one minor inconvenience, it would be that the layout of the apartment makes it a little difficult to air it out properly. However, this did not significantly affect our stay.

Peaceful quiet street close to the beach. It was possible to park in front of the house. The small terrace was cosy.
Entrance is impractical.
