The deck is so relaxing to sit out and watch the wildlife and boats go by. My daughter and I sat outside for hours.
The bathroom was mouldy in places, the toilet seat didn't fit right and the lid did not go back very far when you sat on it. The property really needs a dishwasher as a lot of the plates were not cleaned properly. The small bed is not comfortable as the mattress is not thick enough as you feel the frame of the bed. The small bedroom smelled mouldy too. The whole property needed a good airing out.

Location location location the position is amazing , especially if you want to fish.
Slightly run down and cutlery and plates etc a bit dirty, decking very dirty and furniture same and broken. Boat yard across the road behind, noisy in the day and lights all night lighting the bedrooms.
