Fabulous stay at this beautiful villa!
As described and pictured. Lovely and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Peaceful location. Fantastic views from the pool area. WiFi worked well. Super clean.
Had a medium size hire car so parking wasn’t an issue getting into the space next to the villa. Plenty of parking to be had right near the villa if you have a bigger car though.
The owner’s mother lives in an house opposite and is super kind and helpful. They were very accommodating with our check-out time which helped us out a lot. Would definitely stay here again. Wish we’d stayed longer than two nights. Would recommend without hesitation.

Our stay at Villa Fragkaki was truly unforgettable. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. But what made our experience truly special was the incredible hospitality of Konstantinos and his family.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Konstantinos was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, always making sure that everything was perfect while at the same time giving us complete privacy to enjoy the villa.
Thank you, Konstantinos and family, for making our stay special. We will leave with wonderful memories and would absolutely love to return. Villa Fragkaki is a true gem, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place in Mani. 🇬🇷❤️

Property was clean and very roomy. Pool was great and the views were very nice. The local cafe was great and a 1 minute walk from the property
