El departamento supera las descripciones, es muy confortable, bien ubicado y la atención de los propietarios es perfecta desde el primer contacto para informaciones hasta el fin del hospedaje. Aunque Santa Cruz es una ciudad cálida, los condicionadores de aire tienen calefacción, lo que fue perfecto para el frío sorprendente que hizo durante el periodo. Es nuestro lugar preferido en Santa Cruz a partir de ahora.

Die gesamte Ferienwohnung macht einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Die Räumlichkeiten sind insgesamt großzügig und gepflegt. Auch das gesamte Gebäude inklusive der Rezeption sieht sehr modern aus. Durch den Zahlencode an der Tür bedarf es keiner Schlüsselübergabe. Bezahlt haben wir nach Absprache bar an die Vermieterin vor Ort. Auch das Umfeld ist vergleichsweise gut, einen Supermarkt kann man gut erlaufen. Die Pools sind in Ordnung (besonders für Kinder), zum Schwimmen aber zu flach bzw. zu klein.
Da fällt mir grade nichts ein.
