L'emplacement, la taille du logement, la terrasse, la propreté générale. Honnêtement quasi tout est parfait mais quelques petits détails mineurs viennent gâcher la note globale qui pourrait être facilement 10/10.
Pour le prix, j'aurais apprécié :
1 grille pain
Des poêles en état.
Des oreillers plus confortables ( boulochés)
Le matelas a des taches de moisissures ça peut faire peur.
De l'huile de cuisson et une planche a découper.
L'étendage a linge est HS.
Ne pas aller chercher la clef à 6min a pied ( en plus il pleuvait )
Un porte manteau a l'entrée ne serait pas du luxe
Une éponge neuve ( on ne sait pas si le locataire précédent a nettoyer les toilettes avec ou pas ).
Pas mal de poils sur les 2 taies d'oreiller

Apartamento silencioso, gran terraza, aprovechado el espacio. Baño amplio. Cocina completa y lavadora. Está en una zona de estudiantes a las afueras de la ciudad. Se aparca bien y hay al lado un Lidl y una panadería para desayunar.
Muy caluroso. No dispone ni de aire acondicionado ni tiene ventilador. Le da el sol por todas partes. La cama es un sofá-cama muy incómodo.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and in a very convenient location. It had everything I needed, including an induction stove, microwave, washing machine, and a sunny balcony. The host was very kind and helpful, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Bon emplacement, studio bien situé avec équipement correct. Bonne communication avec l’hôte.
Literie inconfortable et linge de lit pas propre.
Clé à récupérer dans une boîte située dans un rayon de 200 mètres.
