Loved the quiet setting. The staff were amazing. We had quick responses to our requests and Laksmi was professional and available to chat when needed. The accommodation is immaculate and modern. Has everything you need. Bed and pillows were fabulous and having Netflix on tap was a bonus. WiFi was exceptional. I especially liked how convenient the spot to get to the beach and shopping. Breakfast was included. Delicious mango smoothie bowl and Nasi Goreng. Shame we didn't stay longer so we could check out the other options. Will be back with my parents next time and adult children. Thanks for making our first trip back in 10 years amazing.
A bottle opener and scissors would have been handy.

The property was well managed, comfortable and great cafe on the property
The only fault I could find would be that the villa requires a umbrella in the pool area as the sun is on the beds all day

The villa missed a lot of requirments like the safe was not bolted down, no kettle, pool had about a 1 meter step to get in and out of the pool ( we are 67 years old ) lounge was too small and uncomfortable, for the money we paid for the villa I would expect a TV in the bedroom, stairs to the bedroom are very steep and no hand rails on the stair case, no blinds or curtains down stairs and the other villas could look in and see us, also in the afternoon sun came burning in and the A/C was very poor in cooling the villa down. We have stayed in several other villas in Bali for many years and this villa was the worse in value for money.
