Perfect for our group of 3 adults and two teens. Adults downstairs and teens upstairs.
Kitchen well equipped. The coffee machine was a bit of an overkill for us - I'm sure the experts would have loved it but a plunger would have done us. Easy walk to the beach and about 10 minutes into town. Easy rear access was good for our kayaks and diving gear around to the back. Driveway a little tight for the 4WD but manageable. Good communication from the local managers. Loved it!!
Really hard to find a negative. You wouldn't want the kids upstairs to be too noisy as sound travels through the floor to the main bedroom but I feel I'm being picky.
Despite the info sheet saying no wireless the unit did have wireless with the password on the fridge - bonus!
Bin instructions need up dating. The was a reference to a large red community rubbish bin but we couldn't find it - just a bunch of green and yellow bins in the lock up area.

A great little cottage, plenty of sleeping space.
