Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!!
I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there.
I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

We had the best time staying here! The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, at ease and safe. The property is a true gem—newly renovated with sparkling clean rooms and bathroom. The living room and kitchen, were well-maintained and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need from TV, refrigerator, to kitchen utensils. It was such a relaxing and clean environment. The location is excellent—within walking distance of retail outlets (Ross, Calvin Klein, Guess, etc.) shops and popular restaurants. We also loved the beautiful tropical flower garden surrounding the property--it was the perfect little slice of paradise. Plus, Tumon Bay and beach is just a few minutes drive.
I wish, I had more time to enjoy all there is the location had to offer.
