The apartment is well located. Deák Ferenc tér (M2 & M3) and Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út (M1) Metro stations are both around the corner, with easy access to Deák Ferenc tér Metro via a lift in the corner of Erzsébet tér. There is a delightful café, Pöttyös Bögre Bisztró, across the road and down a bit, which we used a few times for breakfast. There are numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity, with a CBA / Prima supermarket a few minutes walk away.
The apartment has all you need to be self-sufficient if you want and relatively newly renovated.
The staff were fantastic and responded to queries and requests in a timely manner.
Unfortunately the air-conditioner didn't work the best, but there was a pedestal fan that made a huge difference. Admittedly it was the hottest summer they have ever had. It wouldn't have been my choice of time to visit, but we had family that had planned to go there, so we also went and showed them around, plus an 80th Birthday Party to attend.
The fridge is all fridge, no freezer.

Comfortable beds, clean and fresh bathroom and tub, excellently equipped for doing laundry and preparing meals. My family enjoyed the internet TV, all the same shows we have at home! The location is great too, a short pleasant walk to tourist center and markets.
Chairs and table are easy to move around to suit your desired layout. We did not use the dining chairs but appreciated the counter top space. Hosts are communicative and very courteous.
