The house was very nice. It had everything we might need. We liked the big balcony where we all could sit. The village is authentic and the locals are friendly. In the village there are few shops and tavernas which we found useful. The house owner is most kind and helpful. We felt welcomed there. The owner found us a car parking place near the house but as the streets are narrow we preferred to park on the free parking area about 7 minutes walk from the house which was not hard.

Μεγάλο σπίτι στο κέντρο το χωριού, πολύ άνετο με 2 μπάνια. Ανεξάρτητοι χώροι με 4 κλιματιστικά. Η βεράντα για πρωινό καφέ εξαιρετική. Το σπίτι διαθέτει τα πάντα, δεν χρειάζεται τίποτα. Είναι το πιο πλήρες σπίτι που έχω μείνει σε διακοπές. Ο ιδιοκτήτης επικοινώνησε νωρίτερα για να δώσει οδηγίες για την διαδρομή της άφιξης καθώς το χωριό έχει στενούς δρόμους και το καλοκαίρι υπάρχει κυκλοφοριακή συμφόρηση. Το check in είναι βολικό καθώς μπορεί να γίνει και χωρίς την παρουσία του ιδιοκτήτη.
Λεπτομέρειες όπως τα σνακ και τα φρούτα για καλωσόρισμα που ήταν διαθέσιμα είναι πολύ ευχάριστη κίνηση από μέρος του ιδιοκτήτη. Αν και δεν γνωρίσαμε τον ιδιοκτήτη δια ζώσης, η επικοινωνία από μέρους του ήταν με ενδιαφέρον και αμεσότητα. Ο συνδιασμός οικίας και ιδιοκτήτη δημιουργεί ιδανικές συνθήκες διαμονής.
Για το σπίτι δεν έχω παράπονο.
Το χωριό έχει πολύ στενούς δρόμους. Το καλοκαίρι λόγω αυξημένου αριθμού επισκεπτών και την άναρχη στάθμευση, η διέλευση είναι πρόκληση ακόμα και για έμπειρους οδηγούς αν διασταυρωθείς με άλλο όχημα.

Dionysios, is a perfect landlord, very nice and supportive, so you can be sure it will hard to find a host nice as him.
The house is located in Agios Mattheus a small village but well positioned if you want to visit all the beaches on the south of Corfu. The house is not recently furnished, but it was very clean, with 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and really fully equipped and stuffed.
The roads in Agios Mattheus are narrow, so be careful if you have a big car. Parking is also an issue, but Dionysios solved the problem for us, so we had parking spot very close to the house

A casa é espaçosa, super limpa; quatro ar condicionado; dois banheiros; máquina de lavar roupa; cozinha toda equipada; o Dionysios é um anfitrião muito prestativo
Não é um problema; mas uma sugestão; não recomendo subir com o automóvel até hospedagem; nós subimos; porém tivemos que voltar d’ ré, pois não havia espaço para manobrar (a rua é estreita; e há outros carros estacionados)
