Location, size of property, facilities and appliances available. Coffee machines, Bbq, water filter, etc.
Water pressure not consistent in bathroom, but we managed just the same. Stairs are steep but was well advised.

Die sehr ruhige Lage ,das Grundstück zur Nutzung war für die Kinder gut und viel zu entdecken. Die Betten waren bequem und groß. Die Zimmer waren gut und gemütlich und schön dekoriert. 2 schöne Seen waren zu Fuss bequem zu erreichen. Frühen uns schon aufs wiederkommen die Gegend hat noch viel entdecken eine Woche ist recht kurz aber auch sehr entspannt mit einer sehr schönen Natur vor der Tür.
Die Badewanne/Dusche war zu den Wänden abgedichtet oder versiegelt. Was beim duschen Unbehagen zwecks Spritzwasser und Feuchtigkeit gemacht hat. Und der Wasserdruck war ungewohnt schwach. Man hat sich schnell eingespielt und kam damit gut klar.

Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, Fahrräder, toller See in der Nähe. Obere Etage des Hauses ist sehr charmant.

Sehr schlechte Küchenausstattung. Nicht ausreichend für alle und kaputt. Nur ein kleiner und ein großer Topf. Pfannen nicht benutzbar. Starke Geruchsbelästigung im unteren Bad. Dusche nicht schön

From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a real home. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has been recently renovated on the outside. The air-to-water heating system makes it especially comfortable. Although we didn’t meet the owners in person, they were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had a question or a small issue.
We loved the garden with its different spots to sit and enjoy the sun throughout the day. The peaceful lake nearby makes the whole area wonderfully quiet and relaxing. It’s also practical: a car can be charged on the terrain, and we appreciated the bath, the extra toilet upstairs, and the plenty of storage space. The separate TV room with many streaming options was a nice extra.
Just a short drive away, there’s a new and very extensive supermarket, and even a place with great vegetarian sushi. Although our stay ended earlier than planned, we were happy with our time here and would love to come back.
The bathroom set-up is a bit awkward with the washing machine, but it all works fine once you get used to it. The house also has more (personal) equipment (such as jackets, boots) than a typical holiday rental, something we actually liked because it made it feel more like home. To be clear: these are just minor things, they didn’t bother our stay at all. We just like to write honest and complete reviews so that future guests know what to expect.
