New, clean, apartment with modern necessities: fridge, washing machine, electric stove, flatiron, hairdryer, air conditioner, tv, next to a nice park (with a lake and even a beach) and fairly close to public transport.
If you have small children, you can go to the park with them, there are playing grounds, pigeons to feed etc.
Self check-in.
The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator.
The park next to it has some stray dogs. They don't seem very dangerous, in the daytime the area seems perfectly safe, but in the evening and at night, I would avoid the area (especially the street to Linella supermarket) although I saw some local jogging there or having their dog for a walk when it was dark.
