Wonderful large place for a family or big group of friends. Great location close to Casacis, Sintra beaches. All facilities are convenient including pool and bbq.
Bathroom and toiles require maintenance, some walls are peeling and also need fixing.

The villa, the bedrooms, the attention to detail, the lift off Antonio to the nearest Aldi on arrival, the wine and biscuits left for us, the daily bread, comfy beds, lots of wardrobe space, nice clean kitchen
The pool wasn't cleaned on arrival, lots of cigarette butts around the pool area, loose toilet seats, door handle had fallen off before we arrived and cracked patio door window. These are all things that should have been addressed before we arrived but despite theses issues we wouldn't mark the hosts down as the property all in all was beautiful and the main issues being the pool area were rectified fairly efficiently (could have been a day earlier) and other issues didn't affect us apart from the toilet seat in main bathroom.
Sunloungers definitely need an upgrade, only one allowing you to sit up on.
I think a checklist before handover to next guest would be a good idea and please don't wait until Tuesday for your pool to be cleaned, some guests arrive on a sunday.

The entire property is absolutely beautiful - the bedrooms are comfortable and the facilities are amazing. The hosts are super attentive!
